While most shipments arrive without additional charges, some destinations may apply import duties or taxes. These are regulated by local customs authorities, and as such, are beyond our control. Should any such duties arise, they will be the responsibility of the client.

To ensure your order reaches you with the utmost ease and care, we have arranged for DHL/FedEx to manage the customs clearance process on your behalf. In the rare event that duties are assessed, you will be contacted to make the necessary payment prior to final delivery.
